11:00 - 20:00 and 12:00 - 21:00 on weekdays

10:00 - 19:00 and 12:00 - 21:00 on weekends

Permanent residents of Japan or holders of a Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services visa only. Visa support is not provided by our company.
Job Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge in a luxury retail environment
  • Manage inventory: receiving, restocking, and displaying merchandise
  • Communicate with customers in both English and Japanese
  • Input data and prepare reports using computer systems
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goal

仕事内容
:

  • ラグジュアリー環境における優れた接客対応と商品知識の提供
  • 商品の受け取り、補充、陳列などの在庫管理業務
  • 英語と日本語の両方での顧客対応
  • コンピュータを使用したデータ入力や報告書作成
  • チームと連携し、販売目標の達成を目指す

Requirements

  • As our business partners are Japanese companies, proficiency in Japanese reading, writing, and customer service is essential.

Oral and written business level proficiency in both English and Japanese

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, email)
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented
  • Flexible and team-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Initiative and strong desire to grow and achieve targets
  • Positive and customer-focused attitude

*BENEFITS*

  • Overtime allowance : Overtime allowance shall be based on actual overtime hours
  • Bonus : Determination of the payment of bonus shall be based on the business performance of SLTY, the Shangri-La Group and individual performance of the Employee.
  • Transportation fare : Actual public transportation fare required to report at the office and to return back home shall be paid (Maximum JPY 30,000.-).
  • Merit Salary Increment : Salary shall be reviewed once a year based on the achievement of each Employee according the Company's discretion.
