業務内容:
Key Responsibility 1 :ブティックの在庫管理 -ブティック内の在庫の動向、および納入・搬出分の全てについて在庫管理を行う(納品、移動、予約、委託)。 -手順に従ってすべての在庫数を処理する(毎日の/スポットの/定期的な/1年の在庫数)。 -すべての製品の在庫状況を監視する。 -価格変更後は、すべての製品のラベルを付け替える。
Key Responsibility 2 :ブティックのアドミ業務 -現金に関する全ての手続きと保有状況の管理を行う。 -支払い、預金、返金、非課税対象の状況を管理する。 -グループの財務、総務、ITおよび物流部門のバックオフィスの通常の主要連絡窓口になる。 -文書管理を行う(社内監査の際は、割引、預金、無償、交換について参照)。 -クレジットカード明細と社内の会計記録の照合を行う。
製品の納品と輸出状況を整理する。 -消耗品を購入し、請求書の支払いをする(消耗品)。
Key Responsibility 3 :カスタマーサービス -バックオフィスのカスタマーサービス手続きを管理する。 -プラットフォームとの間の製品の移動を管理する。 -カスタマーサービス用在庫品(レザーストラップ、メンテナンスに送られる破損したジュエリーピースなど)を見直す。 -カスタマーサービスにおける取引状況を管理する。
Key Responsibility 4 :DAREプロジェクト -ブティックの主要DAREユーザーとしてすべてのDARE研修に参加する。 -必要なDAREの機能をすべて学び、研修を通してブティックのスタッフにその知識を伝える -システムトラブルがあった場合はブティックのスタッフをサポートし、ブティックを代表してITチームに連絡する。
