Are you passionate about building efficient, scalable operations that power business growth? As our Associate Director/Regional Manager of Operations, you'll be the driving force behind streamlining and optimizing our operational processes.
You'll own the end-to-end operations workflow, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure seamless communication between our local teams and the Central team.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on making things work better, faster, and smarter—while building strong relationships across functions and geographies.
What You'll Do:
Take full ownership of operational processes, from design to execution, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
Act as the key liaison between local operations and the Central team, ensuring clear, proactive, and solution-oriented communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Finance, etc.) to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.
Monitor key operational metrics, analyze data, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Champion change management and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in operations management, process optimization, or business transformation—ideally in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; you love turning data into action.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience working across cultures and time zones.
Demonstrated ability to drive change, influence others, and deliver results.
Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus.
Familiarity with operational tools and data platforms (e.g., SQL, Tableau) or a willingness to learn.
