You Will Be Responsible For
ニューロロジーブランド全体の包括的なマーケティング戦略の立案・実行をリードし、グローバルおよびローカルの目標と整合させる
ブランドプランニング、ポジショニング、ライフサイクルマネジメントを統括し、営業・メディカル・アクセスなどのクロスファンクショナルチームとの連携を推進
新たな市場機会の特定・評価、市場課題への積極的な対応
キーオピニオンリーダーや医療従事者、外部パートナーとの強固な関係構築・維持
マーケティング予算の管理、リソース配分、パフォーマンスのトラッキングによるROI最大化
新製品・新適応症の上市リード(Go-to-Marketプランの策定・実行含む)
デジタルやオムニチャネルマーケティングの革新推進、新技術や新手法の導入
売上・需要予測(フォーキャスティング)の統括と関連部門との連携による精度向上
すべてのマーケティング活動における社内規定・業界規制・倫理基準の遵守
You Will Need To Have
学士号以上
製薬業界で5年以上のマーケティング経験(ニューロロジーやスペシャリティ領域含む)
デジタルトランスフォーメーションやオムニチャネル戦略の経験
ブランドマネジメントやクロスファンクショナルチームのリーダー経験
戦略的思考力、分析力、課題解決力
優れたコミュニケーション力、交渉力、ステークホルダーマネジメント力
ビジネスレベルの英語・日本語力

上級学位(MBA、修士等)
日本国内での新製品・新適応症の上市経験
グローバルマトリックス組織での業務経験
