Pie Systemsでは、業界内において最も優れたサービスをお客様(加盟店および旅行者)に提供するために、意欲的かつ情熱的に仕事に取り組んでくれるCounter Operations Design Associate (Trainer)を募集しOperation Design チームのメンバーとして、Counter operations チームメンバーと連携をとりながら日々の業務を進めていただきます。

本ポジションにおいては、日本国内でPIE VAT を利用して免税手続きを行うお客様のサポートや関する実務など、日々のオペレーション業務を進めるにあたり、オペレーションの効率化や標準化、カウンターオペレーションチームメンバーへ向けた研修やトレーニングを通し、PIE VATをご利用いただく加盟店および旅行者に満足していただくよう、業務に取り組んでいただきます。

業務内容 :
免税カウンターのオペレーションの効率化・最適化を図り、カウンターオペレーションチームメンバーの育成とサービス品質の改善を推進するポジションです。現場に入りながら、研修・トレーニング・マニュアル整備の整備・運用やカウンターオーディットの実施を通し、継続的に高水準のサービスを提供できるオペレーション基盤を構築します。
また、チームのMissionとして掲げている『旅行者の方の記憶に残る感動体験を提供する』を日々のオペレーションとして現場で実装するために、トレーニング・品質管理・マニュアル整備を通じて「オペレーションエクセレンス」を形にする役割です。
具体的には
- 新しく入社されたメンバー入社時のオンボーディング研修の企画・実施
- カウンターオペレーションチーム向けの研修及びトレーニングの企画・設計、および研修計画(スケジュール/運用)の策定・実行
- カウンターオペレーションの標準化、業務改善・品質管理の推進(カウンターオーディットの実施、改善の仕組みづくり)
- オペレーションマニュアルの整備・更新(免税規則および自社開発システム/プロダクトの変更点反映、内容改善、運用しやすい形への整理)
- 業務効率および顧客満足度向上に向けた、オペレーションプロセス/システムの改善提案・推進
このポジションはLead, Counter Operations Design, Japanに対してレポートをしていただきます

変形労働制(月単位)
シフト(例)11:00-20:00 / 12:00-21:00
※通常の勤務場所は在宅での勤務となりますが、カウンターでのトレーニングやオンボーディング、オーディット実施の際にはカウンターへの出勤が発生するため、
始業及び終業の時刻はPIE VAT Stationまたは商業施設の営業時間によって異なります。

拠点:名古屋以東、関東エリアを中心とした当社の免税カウンター
※担当エリア内で国内出張あり(研修やオーディットの実施等)

スキル・資格
応募資格(必須)
- 研修の実施経験 (ファシリテーション) |1年以上(新人オンボーディング/OJT/集合研修・オンライン研修の運営、受講者対応などを含む)
- オペレーション関連ドキュメント(マニュアル/手順書等)の作成・更新経験|6〜12ヶ月以上(業務フローの文書化、手順の標準化、改訂・管理、現場で使われる形への整理・改善など)
- 基本的なPCスキル(ドキュメント作成・表計算・情報整理を業務で支障なく行えること)
- お客様に対する高い共感力を持ちながら、同時に自社の売上、成長、効率性にも意識を向け、業務に取り組むことができること
- 新しいことに挑戦し、学ぶことに対する意欲が高く、また自己の能力向上を持続させることができること
- 新しいテクノロジーを受け入れ、素早く対応できること
- 英語を使用した業務経験(職種、業務内容は問わず)|1年以上
- 英語でのコミュニケーションがストレスなく行うことができること(Reading, Listening, Writing, Speaking)
- 大学卒業以上または同等の就業経験
- 日本国内における法的な就業、居住資格があること
- 国内出張に対応できる方
- 会社からの要請があった場合に、PIE VAT免税カウンターのサポート要員としてカウンターでの勤務ができること
プラスアルファとなる経験・スキル:
- スピード感のあるスタートアップ企業での勤務経験
- 後輩スタッフへのトレーニング、メンタリング、コーチングなどの経験
- 業務改善・標準化の推進経験
- 語学力(中国語/韓国語など):
旅行者・加盟店対応や多国籍メンバーとの協働に活かせるレベル - 多国籍・多文化環境での就業経験:
