Join our Outsource Training Delivery Team where you'll provide strategic leadership for training programs that drive excellence across our partner locations.

As a Partner Training Manager, you'll optimize training delivery methods, establish standardized evaluation systems, and build strong relationships with Global outsourcing, Operations, and Outsource leadership teams.

This role offers the opportunity to influence training quality standards and implement data-driven improvements that directly impact associate performance and customer satisfaction.

You will leverage your expertise in stakeholder management, training program development, and quality assurance to ensure our outsourcing partners deliver consistently high-quality training that meets or exceeds Amazon's internal operational standards.

Your ability to analyze performance metrics and implement targeted solutions will be crucial in driving continuous improvement across our partner network.

Key job responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and oversight for Outsource Training teams, ensuring delivery of performance-based training interventions that meet operational standards at partner locations.

Support all stages of Outsource associate experience including partner selection, onboarding, engagement, and inspection, maintaining consistently high quality standards.

Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with Global outsourcing, Operations, and Outsource leadership to align training delivery with operational outcomes.

Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance data, objectively reviewing processes, identifying best practices, and implementing targeted solutions to improve training effectiveness.

A day in the life

On a typical day, you'll collaborate with outsource training teams to ensure training programs are meeting quality standards. You might start by analyzing performance metrics from partner sites, then work with stakeholders to address any gaps identified.

You'll participate in meetings with Global outsourcing teams to align on training objectives, review program effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations.

Throughout the day, you'll coordinate with subject matter experts or LXD to refine training content, coach OS training managers/trainers remotely, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
