Your Mission:
Drive Growth Through Strategic Accounts and Agency Partnerships
As an Agency Development Manager for Twitch, you'll pursue a dual mission that amplifies our market impact across Japan.
First, you'll cultivate direct relationships with carefully selected Strategic Accounts-marquee brands whose scale and ambition align with Twitch's transformative potential-becoming their trusted partner in unlocking unprecedented audience engagement.
Simultaneously, you'll build deep, strategic partnerships with Japan's leading advertising agencies, including major holding companies like Dentsu and Hakuhodo, positioning yourself as the go-to advisor these gatekeepers turn to when seeking innovative solutions for their diverse client portfolios.
Through this dual approach, you'll create a powerful multiplier effect:every Strategic Account relationship demonstrates Twitch's value at the highest level, while every agency partnership opens gateways to dozens of brand opportunities simultaneously.
You'll dive deep into understanding both your Strategic Accounts' business objectives and each agency's strategic priorities, crafting collaborative frameworks that position Twitch as the essential partner for interactive entertainment solutions.
This combined strategy fundamentally reshapes how Japan's advertising ecosystem approaches audience engagement, driving exponential revenue growth through both direct strategic relationships and scaled agency partnerships.

Be a Twitch ambassador and expert for clients and the Amazon Ads sales team
Grow demand and revenue for Twitch through video and creative solutions
Work with internal Twitch and Amazon stakeholders to innovate on behalf of clients
Develop and execute a customer-centric growth strategy for key agency holding companies and/or their operating companies
Lead education and enable initiatives to empower key agency functions, including delivering agency-wide events and trainings on Twitch
Partner with cross-functional teams at Twitch and Amazon Ads to uncover transformative partnership opportunities enabled by the product roadmap
Demonstrate proficiency in video advertising to help educate and grow agency adoption of Twitch and Amazon's video solutions
Report on program and project progress and status consistently and in a transparent way
Liaise with global teams to identify transformative opportunities for agency partnerships

Basic Qualifications
Experience closing sales and generating revenue
7+ years of digital media ad sales experience
Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese
- Working level English for internal team communication
Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas
- Experience driving internal cross team collaboration
- Experience in programmatic advertising
- Excellent analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including developing customer relationships and influencing senior stakeholders (VP & C level)
- Strong data driven storytelling skills ability to create and deliver compelling presentations with outstanding visuals
