Primary Function Of Position
The Field Trainer will report directly to the Field Training Manager for their region.
This training professional will deliver da Vinci System technology in-service including advanced technology training and system technology skills development activities for surgeons, first assistants, and OR staff from a variety of surgical specialties.
The Field Trainer will be actively involved in the continuous improvement of training programs and provide support for customer training initiatives.
求人内容Essential Job Duties
Conduct da Vinci Surgical System training programs for surgical teams at designated locations and remote locations as needed.
Train the sales force to conduct in-services and system technology skills development activities with customers on new and established products.
Occasional support of the da Vinci System in a hospital operating room.Maintain all capital equipment, including but not limited to the cleaning of instruments and accessories.
Support positive relationships between external training location personnel and ISI management.
Contribute to the organization's quarterly goal achievements
Develop competency in the following:
da Vinci System Technology
da Vinci System applications and advanced technology
OR Efficiency
Training Pathway process
Training/coaching techniques/methodologies
Register training activity milestone and submit expense, as well as perform administrative tasks using internal online training and internal systems.
資格Required Skills And Experience
3 years medical company experience or equivalent
High capacity and excellent problem-solving skills
Solid organizational skills and ability to operate independently

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
High capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to self-development
Ability to work in a team environment
Required Education And Training
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Working Conditions
Ability to travel up 50%
Ability to be flexible with hours of operation
Preferred Skills And Experience
Professional Training experience preferred
Medical-device experience preferred
Knowledge of adult learning principles preferred
