職務内容
- 新任MR向けオンボーディング研修の企画・実施(製品、営業スキル、ツール、コンプライアンスなど)
- MRとの同行訪問(フィールドライド)による観察・コーチング・フィードバック
- ブリーフィングや講演会などプロモーション活動のモニタリング
- エリアマネージャーと連携した育成ニーズの分析と改善提案
- クライアント企業と協働した研修計画・教材の更新と結果報告
理想の人材
- MR認定資格および高い営業実績
- 同行指導、OJT、トレーナー、コーチングのいずれかの経験
- リウマチ領域での経験(営業・メディカル・トレーニングなど)
- 英文資料を読める英語力
- 全国出張(約50%)に対応できる方
