What are we expecting from you?
VCA Trainer's mission is to pursue excellent client experience at Van Cleef & Arpels by ensuring our key selling ceremony, Le Ballet Précieux, by providing coaching, feedback, and support in developing sales associates' selling skills and cultivating service mindset
• You will conduct field coaching in boutiques on sales associates' selling skills & service mindset.
• You will monitor the client barometer to assess both BTQs and sales associates' selling skills & service mindset and provide qualitative feedback with Retail Managers and Boutique Mangers in terms of the area of strength and improvements based on observation and analysis.
• You will follow up Maison's key training courses for boutique staff by the level of knowledge & occasion.
