Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Inspect guestrooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel's luxury standards.
- Assist in training, coaching, and developing housekeeping staff.
- Manage inventory and ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Support scheduling and shift assignments according to operational needs.
- Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment.
Strong Multitasking Capabilities And Excellent Time Management Skills.
Proven team player with leadership ability.
Basic PC skills (email, Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, etc.).
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a diverse environment.
Conversational level of English proficiency.
Business level of Japanese proficiency.
Must possess a valid "Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services" residence status, or be eligible to work in Japan.

- 客室およびパブリックエリアの点検を実施し、ホテルのラグジュアリースタンダードを満たしていることを確認。
- ハウスキーピングスタッフのトレーニング、指導、育成のサポート。
- 在庫管理および清掃用品・機材の適切な使用の管理。
- 業務状況に応じたスケジュールおよびシフト管理のサポート。
- フロントオフィスや他部署と連携し、スムーズなゲストサービスを提供。
- ゲストからのリクエストやフィードバックへの迅速かつプロフェッショナルな対応。
- ホテルポリシー、安全基準、衛生規定の遵守。
応募資格
ラグジュアリーホテルでのハウスキーピング実務経験3年以上。
優れたマルチタスク能力およびタイムマネジメントスキル。
チームプレイヤーであり、リーダーシップを発揮できること。
基本的なPCスキル(メール、Microsoft Office、スケジューリングツール等)。
優れたコミュニケーション能力および多様な環境での業務遂行能力。
英語:日常会話レベル。
日本語:ビジネスレベル。
日本で就労可能な「技術・人文知識・国際業務」の在留資格を有していること、または日本での就労資格を有すること。
