Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
  • Inspect guestrooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel's luxury standards.
  • Assist in training, coaching, and developing housekeeping staff.
  • Manage inventory and ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Support scheduling and shift assignments according to operational needs.
  • Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Handle guest requests, feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements
 Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment.

 Strong Multitasking Capabilities And Excellent Time Management Skills.
 Proven team player with leadership ability.

 Basic PC skills (email, Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, etc.).

 Strong communication skills and ability to work in a diverse environment.

 Conversational level of English proficiency.

 Business level of Japanese proficiency.

 Must possess a valid "Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services" residence status, or be eligible to work in Japan.

職務内容

  • ゲストルーム、パブリックエリア、バックエリアなど、日常のハウスキーピング業務の監督・調整。
  • 客室およびパブリックエリアの点検を実施し、ホテルのラグジュアリースタンダードを満たしていることを確認。
  • ハウスキーピングスタッフのトレーニング、指導、育成のサポート。
  • 在庫管理および清掃用品・機材の適切な使用の管理。
  • 業務状況に応じたスケジュールおよびシフト管理のサポート。
  • フロントオフィスや他部署と連携し、スムーズなゲストサービスを提供。
  • ゲストからのリクエストやフィードバックへの迅速かつプロフェッショナルな対応。
  • ホテルポリシー、安全基準、衛生規定の遵守。

応募資格
 ラグジュアリーホテルでのハウスキーピング実務経験3年以上。

 優れたマルチタスク能力およびタイムマネジメントスキル。

 チームプレイヤーであり、リーダーシップを発揮できること。

 基本的なPCスキル(メール、Microsoft Office、スケジューリングツール等)。

 優れたコミュニケーション能力および多様な環境での業務遂行能力。

 英語:日常会話レベル。

 日本語:ビジネスレベル。

 日本で就労可能な「技術・人文知識・国際業務」の在留資格を有していること、または日本での就労資格を有すること。
