総合施設管理(IFM: Integrated Facility Management )事業を展開。

当ポジションの方には、東京都千代田区に位置する、当社のクライアントである外資系企業の東京オフィスにて、取引先オフィスのファシリティ業務(ワークプレイス業務、メール室業務等)を担う、当社のメンバー3名を統括管理していただく、業務責任者としてご活躍頂きます。

ビル管理会社、ベンダーを含む社内外ステークホルダーとの信頼関係を構築・維持できる能力
業務改善、効率化、コスト管理いずれかに主体的に関与した経験
英語力(メール・チャットでの対応が可能なレベル)

総務・ファシリティマネジメントなどの実務経験
サービス移行やプログラム立ち上げに関わった経験
複数業務を並行して管理し、柔軟に問題解決ができる能力

業務内容
東京都千代田区に位置する、当社のクライアントである外資系企業の東京オフィスにて、取引先オフィスのファシリティ業務を担う、当社のメンバー3名を統括管理していただく、業務責任者としてご活躍頂きます。
常駐先の現場責任者として、クライアントとの良好な関係維持や日々の課題対応をリードするとともに、サービス提案や追加売上獲得の取り組みも推進していただくポジションです。
【主な業務内容】
○クライアント対応
・当社受託業務に関するクライアントニーズに基づく業務改善・交渉・サービス提案・実行
・サービス拡大時の業務調整やスコープ変更対応
・クライアントへの報告(英語対応あり)
・社内外関係者(ビル管理会社、ベンダー等)とのコミュニケーション
○ファシリティ業務
・消耗品の購入・在庫管理
・固定資産の管理(登録・廃棄・棚卸)
・支払処理業務
・複数拠点のアドミン業務代行(賃料・清掃費等の支払、消耗品発注)
・社内イベントのサポート、レイアウト変更の実施
・職場の安全・健康管理(EHS)、コンプライアンス管理に関わる施策の運用・改善・推進

・自社チームのマネジメント業務および自社チームメンバー欠員時のサポート

給与 : 月給38万~43万円(別途残業代支給)+賞与年2回
年収: 532万円~602万円程度(賞与年2回含む) ※経験・スキル等に応じて決定します

休日休暇 : 土日祝祭日を基本とする当社現場カレンダーによる週2日程度の休日
※ 休日出勤の場合は平日に振替休暇取得可能
