仕事内容:

Manage finance - accounting function, including:

  • Ensuring monthly closing and annual closing
  • Dealing with external audit and corporate and other tax filings
  • Consultancy relationship (an external consultancy helps with all the task related taxes)
  • Overseeing treasury operations and cash flow management
  • Ensuring compliance of processes with the company and group policies
  • Preparing annual budget of the organization and analyzing budget vs. actual costs
  • SAP

Qualifications required:

  • Experience in year-end closing and knowledge in corporate and other taxes
  • Good understanding of payroll and individual income tax
  • Ability to work professionally and in a courteous manner

Professional experience required

  • 3+ years of prior accounting experience
  • MS Office software
  • Experience in working with SAP or an ERP system is a plus

Competences/skills:

  • Possess strong business acumen
  • Outstanding communication and time-management skills

勤務時間・曜日:

9時~17時30分(お昼休憩1時間)1日実働7.5時間

フレックス対象(コアタイム10時~16時)

平日月曜~金曜勤務

週1日在宅勤務可

休暇・休日:

完全週休2日制(土日祝日)

休日:128日間(毎年固定)

※12月と1月は決算処理のため休日出勤が数日発生する可能性があります(後日、振替休日は取得頂けます)

勤務地:

年に数回の国内出張(宇都宮、名古屋、三重)の可能性があります。(無い年もあります)

アクセス:

東京駅直結のオフィスビルのため、雨に濡れる事なく通勤頂けます。

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥5,000,000 〜 ¥6,500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥131,000〜¥170,000(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

昇給年1回(4月)

通勤手当(月15万円上限)
