当求人のポジションでは、東京千代田区に位置する当社のクライアントである外資系企業の東京オフィスにて、クライアントオフィス常駐型のファシリティ業務をご担当いただきます。

業務内容

東京千代田区に位置する、当社のクライアントである外資系企業の東京オフィスに当社メンバーと共に常駐していただき、クライアントオフィスのファシリティ業務をご担当いただきます。

チームメンバーと連携しながら、オフィス環境の維持・改善を行い、社員の方々が快適に働ける職場づくりを支えていただくポジションです。

担当業務は多岐にわたりますが、未経験の業務についてもチーム内でのフォロー体制が整っているため、安心して業務に取り組んでいただけます。

【主な業務内容】

〇ファシリティ業務

・会議室・共用部・コピーコーナーの環境管理(整理整頓、備品補充)

・複合機管理(修理依頼 等)

・備品管理

・防災センターとの連携(空調機の調整 等)

・セキュリティシステム・セキュリティーカード管理

○メール室業務

・郵便物・宅配物の管理(受領、仕分け、社内配布、宛先不明郵便の対応)

・発送手配(郵便、宅配便、バイク便 等)

・郵便料金の集計・管理

○営繕業務

・オフィス内設備・機器類の修理依頼対応および記録

雇用契約: 正社員

試用期間: 3か月 (同条件)

給与: 月給24万~28万円 (別途残業代支給)+賞与年2回

年収 : 336万~392万円程度(賞与年2回含む) ※経験・スキル等に応じて決定します

勤務時間

勤務時間:9:00-18:00の実働8時間勤務

※ 勤務内容・シフト・裁量による勤務時間の変更あり

給与、ボーナス、その他の福利厚生

待遇・福利厚生 : 交通費全額支給、健康保険、厚生年金保険、雇用保険、介護保険(40歳以上65歳未満の場合)、有給休暇(試用期間後に支給)、資格手当、家族手当、名義手当、退職金制度

休日休暇

休日休暇 : 土日祝祭日を基本とする当社現場カレンダーによる週2日程度の休日

※ 休日出勤の場合は平日に振替休暇取得可能

年間休日: 120日程度
