【About the Job】 GeeXPlus, Inc is a full-service influencer marketing agency representing some of the top English-Speaking influencers. As a member of the Talent Management & Sales Execution Team at GeexPlus, your main responsibilities will include managing talent, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of projects. 【Responsibilities】 ・Managing, supporting, and nurturing talent ・Negotiating on behalf of talent on brand deals ・Planning and executing campaigns ・Collaborating with other departments and managing projects ・Analyzing market trends and strategizing ・Preparing reports and presentations as needed

必須スキル


・Minimum 2 Years of corporate work experience ・Deep understanding of internet culture & social media platforms ・Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of relevant work experience ・Native English Willingness to communicate and interface with Japanese-speaking staff and structures ・Strong communication skills & Adaptability ・Already an existing resident in Japan with available VISA to work ・Stable work environment at home with proper internet connection

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with experience in talent management or influencer coordination. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, content creation, and Japanese subculture, and they should be comfortable working in a bilingual environment to bridge communication between talents and Japanese-speaking clients. A team player who thrives under pressure and has a knack for problem-solving will excel in this role.
