Responsibilities(職務内容)
Manage Front Office operations to ensure smooth daily performance in line with forecasted occupancy
Supervise staffing levels, rosters, productivity, and team organization
Identify training needs and drive continuous service improvement
Foster a positive, motivated work environment and promote teamwork
Actively collect guest feedback and coordinate with relevant departments to enhance guest satisfaction
Oversee daily operations including Night Audit duties
Conduct regular inspections of the lobby, public areas, and back-of-house (BOH)
Ensure safety and security by responding appropriately to emergencies in cooperation with the Security team

Qualifications(応募資格)
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English; Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher is required
Must be able to communicate effectively in Japanese in a business environment
Must already hold a valid work authorization permitting employment in Japan
Minimum 3 years of Front Office experience, including at least 1 year as a Duty Manager in an international-class hotel
Experience using Opera PMS
Strong customer-oriented mindset with proven leadership and team-building skills
Flexible, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
日本語および英語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力を有する方 (日本語能力試験〈JLPT〉N2相当以上必須)
日本語での業務上のコミュニケーションに支障がないこと
既に日本で就労可能な有効な在留資格を取得していること(必須)
国際基準のホテルにおいて、フロントオフィス経験3年以上、Duty Managerとしての経験1年以上
Opera PMSの使用経験を有する方
顧客志向で、リーダーシップおよびチームビルディングに優れた方
柔軟性と主体性を持ち、スピード感のある環境で働ける方
Benefits
Overtime allowance :
Overtime allowance shall be based on actual overtime hours
Bonus :
Determination of the payment of bonus shall be based on the business performance of SLTY, the Shangri-La Group and individual performance of the Employee.
Transportation fare :
Actual public transportation fare required to report at the office and to return back home shall be paid (Maximum JPY 30,000.-).
Merit Salary Increment :
Salary shall be reviewed once a year based on the achievement of each Employee according the Company's discretion.

Canteen :
