Our client, a hotel located in central Tokyo, is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee day or night operations, ensuring guest service standards are met and hotel assets are protected.
業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:
- ホテル運営全般の監督:日中および夜間のゲストサービス基準の維持
- ゲストからのクレーム対応:迅速かつプロフェッショナルに対応
- 従業員のパフォーマンス管理:必要に応じた懲戒処置の実施
- ホテル資産の保護およびゲストの安全確保
- VIPゲストの部屋割り調整および受付対応
- 緊急時の避難誘導および連絡体制の調整
- Oversee day/night hotel operations ensuring guest service standards
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor employee performance and initiate disciplinary actions
- Ensure security of hotel assets and guest safety
- Assist in VIP guest room allocation and reception
- Conduct routine inspections of public areas and correct deficiencies
- Coordinate emergency evacuations and notifications
応募資格 / Qualifications:
- デューティーマネージャーまたはフロントオフィス管理者としての2年以上の経験
- 日本語および英語のビジネスレベルでのコミュニケーション能力
- OPERAシステムおよびMicrosoft Officeの使用経験
- 問題解決能力および組織管理能力に優れていること
- リスク管理および安全プロトコルに関する知識
- ゲストサービス管理の経験
- 2+ years as Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor
- Fluent in Japanese and English (business level)
- Experience with OPERA system and Microsoft Office
- Experience in domestic hotel operations
- Strong problemsolving and organizational skills
- Knowledge of risk management and safety protocols
- Experience in guest service management
