*Responsibilities(職務内容)*
- Manage Front Office operations to ensure smooth daily performance in line with forecasted occupancy
- Supervise staffing levels, rosters, productivity, and team organization
- Identify training needs and drive continuous service improvement
- Foster a positive, motivated work environment and promote teamwork
- Actively collect guest feedback and coordinate with relevant departments to enhance guest satisfaction
- Oversee daily operations including Night Audit duties
- Conduct regular inspections of the lobby, public areas, and back-of-house (BOH)
- Ensure safety and security by responding appropriately to emergencies in cooperation with the Security team

Qualifications(応募資格)
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English; Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher is required
- Must be able to communicate effectively in Japanese in a business environment
- Must already hold a valid work authorization permitting employment in Japan
- Minimum 3 years of Front Office experience, including at least 1 year as a Duty Manager in an international-class hotel
- Experience using Opera PMS
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with proven leadership and team-building skills
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- 日本語および英語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力を有する方 (日本語能力試験〈JLPT〉N2相当以上必須)
- 日本語での業務上のコミュニケーションに支障がないこと
- 既に日本で就労可能な有効な在留資格を取得していること(必須)
- 国際基準のホテルにおいて、フロントオフィス経験3年以上、Duty Managerとしての経験1年以上
- Opera PMSの使用経験を有する方
- 顧客志向で、リーダーシップおよびチームビルディングに優れた方
- 柔軟性と主体性を持ち、スピード感のある環境で働ける方
Benefits
- Overtime allowance : Overtime allowance shall be based on actual overtime hours
- Bonus : Determination of the payment of bonus shall be based on the business performance of SLTY, the Shangri-La Group and individual performance of the Employee.
- Transportation fare : Actual public transportation fare required to report at the office and to return back home shall be paid (Maximum JPY 30,000.-).
- Merit Salary Increment : Salary shall be reviewed once a year based on the achievement of each Employee according the Company's discretion.
