Position Summary

Deluxe is seeking a strong Japanese SDH QA Specialist to ensure the accuracy of Japanese SDH for our client's projects in a fast-paced environment. This role requires an individual with experience in creating or reviewing SDH.

Main Duties:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create Japanese SDH or conduct Japanese SDH reviews for client content, adhering to client guidelines.
  • FOLLOW APPROPRIATE ESCALATION PROCEDURES FOR ANY ISSUES TO BE RESOLVED.
  • Seek to understand and correct any transcription uncertainty.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in creating and/or reviewing Japanese SDH.
  • Outstanding Japanese language skills, both written and oral.
  • Must be organized, diligent, and detail-oriented.
  • Apply good judgement and research when faced with ambiguous situations.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with hard deadlines.
  • Ability to work some extended/flexible hours and/or weekends to meet project deadlines.
  • Quickly adapt to workflow changes and guideline updates.
  • Strong collaboration skills to ensure success across the team.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • University degree or equivalent professional experience in creating and/or reviewing Japanese SDH.
