Job Description

We are a global team of over 12,000 professionals spread across 70+ studios in 26 countries, working together since 1998 to reshape how players interact with their favorite games.

We offer a wide range of solutions for video game developers and publishers, including art and audio, testing, localization, and Player Engagement. Our Player Engagement Service Line provides technical support, community management, and trust & safety services for AAA and indie studios.

As a Quality Analyst, you will support operations in enhancing our Quality of Service by providing independent and objective transaction monitoring to deliver excellent customer experience and best-in-class service. Your role will include:

  • Transaction Monitoring: auditing transactions performed by representatives against internal and/or external customer experience expectations.
  • Ensuring work outputs comply with client quality transaction monitoring guidelines.
  • QA Scrubbing and Root Cause Analysis: identifying areas for improving customer experience and preventing fraud or policy violations.

To be successful, you should have:

  • Proficient Excel skills and experience with QA tools (e.g., PlayVox, MaestroQA, ScoreBuddy).
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

We require:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a high-functioning quality organization within a contact center industry.
  • Native-level Japanese and Business Level Communication skills in English.
