Job Description
The Product Reporting Analyst within Client Operations APAC is responsible for product reporting of Asia-Pacific region, including Japan. High-quality, accurate, and timely reporting is key to providing superior service to clients, prospects, and consultants.
Responsibilities
- Owning all standard materials and willingness to assist during peak periods
- Producing recurring materials, including monthly/quarterly customized reports and client presentations
- Peer reviewing team deliverables to ensure accuracy and data reasonability
- Partnering with Investment Products & Fund Strategies and the Client Group to understand approaches, client reporting needs, and marketing guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with +3 years relevant experience in financial industry investment management or client reporting
- Strong communication and writing skills in English/Chinese; Business level Japanese preferred
- Demonstrating a high level of capital markets/investment/product knowledge
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills, as well as strong attention to detail
- An independent self-starter, team player, able to work on multiple assignments, and complete high-quality work against deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- A positive, collegial attitude and high level of professionalism
- CFA Level 2 certification preferred
