▼業務内容

スタートアップ、ベンチャー企業を中心とした企業会計・法人税務が主な業務です。

【具体的な業務】

※記帳業務は補助スタッフが行い、お客様対応や相談業務を中心にご活躍。

※クライアントとのコミュニケーションはメールや電話、オンラインツールを活用。

・企業会計・税務に関するアドバイザリー業務

・法人税・消費税・所得税等の各種税務申告業務

・月次・四半期・年次決算

・IPO支援

・組織再編支援

・M&A支援

・資本政策策定支援

・グループ通算税制

・株価算定

・ベンチャーキャピタルファンド支援

税務会計部門(税理士5名、税務会計スタッフ14名、パート5名)

当事務所の主要なクライアントであるスタートアップ企業は、「会社の設立 → 資金調達 → 上場準備 → 上場後」といったように、成長フェーズに応じて求められるサポート内容も変化し、ステージに応じたサポートが必要です。
