■募集ポジションについて
The Bilingual Technical Project Coordinator supports delivery by ensuring clear, accurate, and timely communication between clients, project managers, and engineering teams.
This role is focused on coordination, documentation, and milestone tracking rather than ownership of technical or execution decisions. The project coordinator helps keep projects aligned by ensuring that information flows correctly between stakeholders.
Specific actions include the following.
バイリンガルテクニカルプロジェクトコーディネーターは、クライアント、プロジェクトマネージャー、エンジニアリングチーム間の明確で正確かつタイムリーなコミュニケーションを確保し、プロジェクトのデリバリーをサポートします。
本ポジションは、技術的な意思決定や実行の責任者ではなく、調整、ドキュメンテーション、マイルストーン管理に特化した役割です。ステークホルダー間で情報が正しく流れるようにすることで、プロジェクトの整合性を保つことに貢献します。
具体的な業務には下記のようなものがあります。
Project Coordination and Tracking / プロジェクト調整・進捗管理
- Track milestones, deliverables, and schedules across active projects
- Maintain status dashboards and reporting artifacts
- Ensure commitments made to clients are documented and visible
- Flag risks, delays, or inconsistencies to the PM or Engineering Lead
- アクティブなプロジェクト全体のマイルストーン、成果物、スケジュールを管理
- ステータスダッシュボードやレポート資料の維持・更新
- クライアントへのコミットメントを文書化し、可視化
- リスク、遅延、不整合をPMまたはエンジニアリングリードにエスカレーション
Client and Internal Communication / クライアント・社内コミュニケーション
- Communicate progress updates from engineering teams to clients
- Collect client feedback, questions, and change requests
- Route technical or scope questions to the appropriate engineering or PM owner
- Coordinate meetings and ensure all stakeholders are aligned

- クライアントからのフィードバック、質問、変更要望を収集
- 技術的な質問やスコープに関する質問を適切なエンジニアまたはPMに振り分け
- ミーティングの調整およびステークホルダー間の認識合わせ
Documentation and Reporting / ドキュメンテーション・レポーティング
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and decision records
- Prepare and update client presentations, reports, and status summaries
- Support bilingual translation of technical and delivery materials
- Ensure documentation reflects the current project state

Operational Support / オペレーションサポート
- Assist PMs and engineering leads with logistics and stakeholder alignment
- Help organize reviews, demos, and milestone checkpoints
- Ensure information required for client decision-making is available and accurate
- PMやエンジニアリングリードのロジスティクス・ステークホルダー調整を支援
- レビュー、デモ、マイルストーンチェックポイントの企画・運営をサポート
- クライアントの意思決定に必要な情報が正確かつ入手可能であることを確認

- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
- Experience in software development projects
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel workstreams

- 正社員:10:00-19:00 / 月曜〜金曜(土日祝日休み)
