The Executive Assistant at JAC International will provide overall administrative support to the Managing Director, including the tasks below.
Responsibilities
Administrative
Provide general administrative support for JAC International's Managing Director and leaders
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system for the office
Sort and distribute incoming correspondence including emails
Perform data entry and scan documents when necessary
Answer and direct incoming calls from clients and candidates
Organizational
Schedule and manage calendar for the Managing Director of JAC International
Prepare and organize documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for JAC International
Facilitate and translate communications exchanged in English and Japanese
Requirements
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities
Native level Japanese and Business level English
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Solid understanding of Japanese business culture and customs
Good command or Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
