同行・市場企画部にて下記業務に従事していただきます。

【詳細業務】

■MUFGグループ全体並びに各業態(銀行・証券・信託)のセールス&トレーディングビジネス及びトレジャリービジネス全般のマーケットリスクに係るモニタリング・分析・助言、それら手法の高度化、市場急変時等の危機時対応

■リスク・リターン分析、資本運営(経済資本)の改善・高度化

■BIツール等、DX積極活用の推進

【募集背景】

■案件・業務拡大に伴う増員募集です。他社様で経験されたことを活かし、同行にて新しい風を入れていただける方を募集します。

【配属部署】市場企画部 市場業務管理室(全体で40名ほど在籍)

ーリスク管理Gr:約20名(内マーケットリスク関連担当は約6名)

(30代の方メインで40~50代の幅広いご年齢層の方が在籍)

※配属部署の特徴:1線の運用フロント部署と2線のリスク統括部の間に立つ部署です。両部署と連携を取りながら、フロント部門にはないリスク管理の観点からビジネスの状況をくみ取り、市場急変時や危機時対応を行っています。

【募集組織の役割】

■MUFG市場事業本部の1st Line of Defense機能の中核を担う組織。銀行のみならず、証券、信託も含めたMUFGグループの立場で業務遂行しています。

■1線(業務執行組織)と2線(リスク管理組織)の間に存在する1線の内部統制・1線モニタリング組織として、MUFG市場事業本部が戦略目的、業務計画を達成するために意図的に引き受けようとするリスクの種類・量(リスクアペタイト)の管理、運営の役割を担っています。

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

■海外業務経験、もしくはそれに比類する高い英語力を有する方(TOEIC850点以上)

【上記かつ以下いずれかのご経験】

■市場リスクのモニタリング業務経験、もしくはトレーディング業務経験

■ディーラー・トレーダー経験

【歓迎要件】

・証券会社での市場関連業務経験

・BIツールの活用スキル、AI活用に知見の有る方

【給与】

年収 900 ~ 1500 万円

【ご参考】大学卒 新卒初任給

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
