【仕事内容】

【職務内容】

現在、既存事業の拡大と新事業の構築、

AI化・DXのビジネス適用、社内の業務改革など、更なる会社・組織の成長を目指しており、IT化と運用の仕組みの構築に取り組んでおります。

システムの構築案件が大小多数あり、生産の仕組み、国内及び海外への販売の仕組みのDX化、グループ内のインフラ・セキュリティの最適化、生成AIやIoT化、クラウド活用、またシステム運用管理のサービスレベル向上、グループ全体のIT統制の構築等を進めています。

企画~要件検討~設計/構築~運用、統制まで幅広い業務領域を経験できる環境にあります。既存のリーダー層と協力しながら、リーダー

(課長あるいはそれに準じるポジションとして一部業務領域の推進を行っていただきます。(環境)

・Windows、WindowsSever、Cisco、Aruba、AWS、fortigate等々(運用ツール)

・M365(Teams/PowerAutomate/copilot)/SQLSever/AD/Arcserve/NetAttest/Paloalto/等

【求める人材】

【必須】

・システム構築・導入/システム運用管理・統制/インフラ整備に関する実務経験

・IT 部門組織のマネジメントの実務経験

・ユーザー部門との折衝やプロジェクトマネジメント経験

【歓迎】

・製造業における生産管理システム、物流系システムの基礎知識及び製造業の知識・経験

・IT 統制対応の経験(J-SOX 内部統制)

・MS365 の導入または運用経験

・AWS、Azure 等のクラウド導入または運用経験

【給与】

600万円~850万円

※経験・能力に応じて当社規定により決定いたします。
