\志都美駅近くに新営業所オープン/

「地元で長く働きたい」、新しいスタートを一緒に支えてくれる仲間を募集します。

弊社は今年で創業33年を迎え、さらなる成長と事業拡大を目指し、

奈良営業所を新たに開設する運びとなりました。

それに伴い、新しい仲間を募集いたします。

\未経験から"地域を支える営業職"へ/

官公庁案件中心 地方の公共施設を守る提案営業のお仕事です

・募集職種:営業職(技術提案型) 地方自治体が管理する施設(ごみ焼却炉・火葬炉など)の修繕工事に関する提案を行う営業職です。

お客様は官公庁が中心なので、安定した環境でじっくり信頼関係を築けます。

\地方への出張が多め/

全国各地の自治体を訪問し、現地の施設やニーズに合わせた提案を行います。

「旅好き、車好き」「地域に貢献したい」という方にはぴったりの仕事です

【具体的な業務内容 】

・地方自治体向けの修繕工事の提案営業

・現場の進行管理や撮影などの補助作業

・火葬炉などの設計・図面変更の打ち合わせ

・Word・Excel・PowerPointを使った工事関連書類の作成

※先輩社員の多くが未経験からの入社です

・普通自動車免許(AT限定可) *ペーパードライバー不可

勤務時間:8:30~17:30

(休憩時間 1時間00分)

残業は事前申告制のため、ご自身でスケジュール管理できます

給与詳細


基本給:月給 25万円 〜 38万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

給与は年齢・経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。

昇給: 年1回(前年実績あり)

賞与: 年2回(前年度実績:計5ヶ月分)

手当:

  • 残業代支給
  • 交通費支給(上限25,000円)
  • 休日手当・出張手当
  • 作業服支給
  • 資格手当(対象資格:建築士、施工管理技士、監理技術者など)

給与例


500万円/26歳 3年勤務(月給23万円+諸手当9万円+賞与年2回115万円)

700万円/36歳 8年勤務(月給30万円+諸手当15万円+賞与年2回150万円)

未経験者月収例 23万~

経験者月収例 27万~
