Responsibilities
生産全体の納期遵守に向けた計画策定・調整および進捗管理
- 生産状況、生産能力、作業工数を把握・管理し、IE部門や企画部門と連携して生産計画を立案・調整
- プロセス設備技術部門と協力し、生産能力や作業効率の改善を推進
- 設備故障や品質異常に対し、関係部門と協議し優先順位を決定
- 製造ラインの停止を防ぐため、製造管理部門と連携し材料の適切な管理を実施
安全管理
- 事故防止のため、リスクアセスメントを実施
- 安全性向上を目的とした職場環境や作業方法の改善
品質・コスト改善
- 歩留まり向上、作業ミス削減などの改善活動を実行し、生産性向上とコスト削減を推進
Required Experience And Skills
- 製造現場での業務経験(製造、生産管理、設備保全など)
- Excelを用いた数量・能力・履歴などの管理スキル
- 課題抽出力および課題解決力を有すること
- 関連部署との調整や、派遣社員へのリーダーシップを発揮できること
- コミュニケーション能力・協調性があり、社内メンバーと良好な関係を築けること
