急速な事業拡大のため、当社が管理する商業施設のプロパティマネージャーを募集しています。資産価値の向上のためのオーナー(ファンドやJ-REIT等の投資家案件から公社・民間組織までしっかりです)への提案・運営・管理をお任せします。

<ミッション>

商業施設、ホテル等、管理物件の資産価値向上を目指し、実行すること。
 

【仕事内容】

・商業施設を中心とする施設の運営管理

・クライアント(ビルオーナー)との関係構築

・入居テナントとの賃金交渉、請求、トラブル時対応等のテナント対応業務

・空室区画にテナントを誘致するリーシング業務

・修繕工事の計画立案、発注手続き等の建物維持管理業務

・管理物件の収支を計算する会計レポートを含む、月次のレポーティング業務、予算作成業務

【働き方】

・オンサイトに常駐し、メンバーと協力して業務を遂行いたします。

・非常に駐在物件の場合、一人当たり7~10棟程度を担当します。

・実力次第で、業務の幅を広げていくこと・年齢、社歴に負けず昇格できる環境です。

【求められる経験、知識、スキル】

・商業施設の管理経験、不動産業界出身者歓迎

・クライアント(ビルオーナー)との関係性を構築できるコミュニケーション能力

・物件関係者(設備管理会社、社内事務担当者等)と手数料に運営できるマネジメント能力

・宅地建物取引士

・ビル経営管理士
