本社業務本部総務部において、総務グループのリーダーとして総務業務における
企画業務全般および株式業務、株主総会業務を主担当としてお任せします。
【業務内容】
・株主総会の運営事務局の指揮・取り纏め
株主総会事務局の中心メンバーとして、他部署と連携し総会を運営。
・株式業務
証券代行との業務連絡対応、配当業務、大量保有報告書の受領報告、
自己株式取得に関する報告、持株会運営業務など
・その他、総務業務
【働き方】
・在宅勤務、1~2回/週が可能。

【求める人材】
【必要な経験(must)】
・上場企業での株主総会の準備・運営業務、事務局業務において中心的な役割をはたした経験5年以上
・メンバーのマネジメント経験
【求める経験(want)】
・社外折衝経験
・規程整備、改定の経験1年以上
・会社法関連業務の一般的知識(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
