仕事内容

グローバルに展開する化学 素材系企業の日本法人にて 経理チームの中核として日常経理から決算業務まで幅広くご担当いただきます。

SAPを用いたGL管理や 税務 監査対応を通じて 国際的な経理実務に携われるポジションです。

主な業務内容

・月次 年次決算業務の主導およびレビュー

・SAPを使用した総勘定元帳 GL 管理

・税務申告および監査対応のサポート

・経理業務プロセスの文書化および改善推進

・他部門との連携 調整業務

・業務優先順位の管理および期限遵守

・ジュニアメンバーの業務サポート 育成

・財務関連プロジェクトへの参画

Senior Accountant

A senior specialist role with a clear path toward Accounting Manager

Job Description

You will join a lean accounting team and take a senior role supporting daily accounting operations.

This position offers exposure to SAP based GL management tax audit support and cross functional collaboration in a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

・Lead and review month end and year end closing

・Manage general ledger operations using SAP

・Support tax filings and audit processes

・Document accounting processes and drive continuous improvement

・Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments

・Prioritize workloads to meet corporate deadlines

・Support and mentor junior accounting staff

・Participate in finance related projects

応募資格

・事業会社での経理実務経験

・AP ARに限らず GLを含む会計全体への理解

・税務に関する基礎知識

・長期的なキャリア形成を志向し 主体的に学べる方

・多国籍環境に前向きに取り組める方

歓迎スキル等

・SAPまたは同等ERPの使用経験

・英語を用いた業務経験

・監査対応や決算レビューの経験

・後輩育成やチームサポートの経験

・業務改善や標準化への関心

Requirements

・Solid understanding of accounting including GL beyond AP and AR

・Basic knowledge of tax related matters

・Proactive mindset with a strong desire for long term career growth

・International and collaborative working attitude

・Ability to manage responsibilities independently

Preferred Qualifications

・Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

・Business level English communication skills

・Exposure to tax filings or audit support

・Interest in mentoring junior team members

・Experience contributing to process improvement initiatives
