Responsibilities
Position will work closely as a partner to the senior management team in Japan and functional leaders both locally and abroad.
The role will encompass broader HR business partnering and strategic duties as well as hands-on operations management as a generalist.
Develop talent and promote engagement in alignment with business goals.Lead HR projects to enhance workforce efficiency and performance.
Act as the main contact for employment matters.
Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
Oversee training programs to develop employee skills.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and align HR strategies with business needs.
Drive innovation and review policies for growth.
(GA duties not covered by this role)
Qualifications
Native / Fluent Japanese language skills and permission to work in Japan required
Bachelor's degree or above
Business level English
5+ years of experience across wide HR areas
Strong communication skills
Proactive and outgoing mindset
Ability to work with agility and independence
Good business acumen
Good PC skills
Salary
Company is considering candidates up to 11M JPY annual (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience)
