移転価格コンサルティングサービス
移転価格税制はグローバル企業がグループ間の取引価格を恣意的に操作して他国に利益を移転することを防止するための法律です。移転価格コンサルタントは、クライアントのビジネスを理解しつつ、各国の移転価格税制を踏まえた適切な取引価格の設定方法についてアドバイスし、クライアントのグローバル展開をサポートします。
移転価格チームは、Forvis Mazars in Japanの成長戦略のひとつの軸として、2023年にBIG4出身のパートナーが新事業・新チームを立ち上げ、現在は4名体制に拡大しています。 Forvis Mazars in Japan全体では昨年度の事業成長率は24%を達成し、人員規模も1年間で約60名増加するなど、急成長を遂げています。このような事業・チームともに成長する環境の中で、パートナーに近い距離でスピード感を持ちながら、より多くの挑戦と加速的に成長できる環境を提供しています。
About this position
Transfer Pricing Consulting Services
Transfer Pricing Regulations are laws designed to prevent global companies from arbitrarily manipulating intra-group transaction prices to shift profits to other countries.
Transfer Pricing Consultants advise clients on appropriate methods for setting transaction prices in line with each country's transfer pricing regulations, while understanding the client's business and supporting their global expansion.
The Transfer Pricing Team is one of the pillar of Forvis Mazars in Japan's growth strategy.In 2023, a partner with Big Four experience launched this new business and team, which has now expanded to a four-member structure.
Forvis Mazars in Japan as a whole achieved a 24% business growth rate last fiscal year, with headcount increasing by approximately 60 people in one year, marking rapid growth.

業務内容グローバルに展開するクライアント企業の分析、クライアントのビジネスに係る資料・情報収集・整理、インタビュー実施、ビジネス内容のまとめ。
移転価格ポリシーの策定、各種移転価格に係る国際税務プランニング、ベンチマーク分析、移転価格文書作成、事前確認取得支援(APA)、相互協議支援、無形資産の価値評価(バリュエーション)、税務調査対応支援等。
シニア・マネージャー・パートナーの指示に沿って、上記の業務を実施。
Job Description
Clients' business analysis through information and data gathering, interviews, etc.
Design of transfer pricing policy, transfer pricing planning, benchmark analysis, preparation of the transfer pricing documentation, support for obtaining the agreement on Advance Pricing Arrangement (APA), support for mutual agreement procedure, valuation, audit defense, etc.
The new joiner is expected to perform the above tasks as per the Senior/Manager/Partner's guidance.必須条件
1年以上の移転価格経験(事業会社・コンサルティング問わず)
英語の読み書き能力。日常会話~ビジネスレベル
PCスキル(Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
誠実感、熱意、責任感、コミュニケーション能力
尚可条件
簿記知識(財務会計・管理会計の基礎知識)
外部取引先・クライアント対応経験(営業・コンサルティング等)
アドバイザリー、コンサル、会計事務所における勤務経験
MUST
More than 2 year of experience in transfer pricing (in either a corporate or consulting environment)
English reading and writing ability (from daily conversation level to business level)
PC skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Integrity, enthusiasm, sense of responsibility, and strong communication skills
NICE TO HAVE
Knowledge of bookkeeping (basic knowledge of financial and managerial accounting)
Experience dealing with external business partners or clients (such as in sales or consulting)
Work experience in advisory, consulting, or accounting firms
