■デジタルチームについて
KPMG税理士法人内の既存ビジネスにおける課題整理を行い、デジタルツールを活用した課題解決の実施、また、先端技術に対する知見や専門性を活かし、開発活動を通して新たなビジネスの創造と検証を行っています。
■ 業務内容
以下の業務を適正に応じて担当していただきます。
社内導入デジタルツール(申告書自動作成ツールや、社内ETLツール、レポーティングツール)などの運用、保守、改良、および最適化
社内導入デジタルツールのユーザーサポート
社内導入デジタルツールの社内の浸透を促し、ユーザーの利用頻度の向上を目的としたニュースレター作成および配信
要件定義のための情報収集/サポート
開発ツールの受入テスト
その他DX推進等

■ About the Digital TeamThe Digital Team addresses challenges within the existing business of KPMG Tax Corporation by implementing solutions using digital tools.
The team's knowledge and expertise in advanced technologies are also leveraged to create and validate new business through development activities.
You will be responsible for the following tasks according to your suitability:Operation, maintenance, improvement, and optimization of internally implemented digital tools (such as automatic tax return creation tools, internal ETL tools, and reporting tools)
User support for internally implemented digital tools
Creating and distributing newsletters to promote the internal penetration of digital tools and increase user engagement
Information gathering/support for requirements definition
Acceptance testing of development tools
Other tasks related to promoting digital transformation (DX)
■ Required Skills/Experience
Experience in system user support (guidance on system operation, troubleshooting, etc.)
Experience in creating and distributing newsletters or related content creation skills
Excellent communication skills
A proactive attitude towards acquiring missing knowledge
