仕事内容


〈SONYグループ〉カスタマーサポート、BPR担当【DX推進/ノーコード・生成AI活用/週3在宅】

【仕事内容】

【業務概要】 :弊社が提供するプラットフォームに関するカスタマーサポートやオペレーションの設計・運営を担当して頂きます。

具体的な業務はご希望を伺いながら決定します。

【業務詳細】 :・問い合わせ対応:システム部門とも連携しながら

お客様のお困りごと(顧客システムで検知したエラーの対処法など)の解決をリードする。

・オペレーション業務設計:社内外ステークホルダを含むオペレーション全体を設計する。

・オペレーション業務推進:アウトソースを活用しながらオペレーションを推進する。

・業務改革/改善:ノーコードツールや生成AIなどを活用しながら高効率化に挑戦する。

【期待する役割】:・サービス拡大に伴う業務増加に対して高品質・高効率な業務設計・構築を行うこと。

・自動化技術や生成AIを活用した業務改革(DX)を実現すること。

【部署の役割】 :・交通機関やコンビニで日常的にスマートフォンをタッチする文化を支えているプラットフォームを提供しています。

・このプラットフォームをお客様に安心・安全にご利用頂くために欠かせない、

高い品質のカスタマーサポートやオペレーションを設計・運営しています。

510万円~1100万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
