概要

Astemo Cypremos株式会社は、グローバル自動車メーカーのSDV(Software Defined Vehicle)への対応や新たなモビリティサービスの実現をめざして、ソフトウェア・クラウドサービス事業を行う新会社として2024年11月に創業しました。クラウドベースのデジタル開発環境(例:デジタルツイン)の提供を中心とし急成長中のスタートアップです。

現在、業務管理部(バックオフィス全般を担当する部署)は人事チーム(人事労務担当)と総務チーム(財務・会計、法務、総務担当)の2チームで構成されています。総務チームにはビジネス企画からバックオフィスまで幅広いバックグランドを持つダイレクターが1名と、経験豊富なシニアスタッフ1名、現F&Aマネージャー1名、派遣社員2名の合計5名体制で運営しています。今回は、この総務チームの現F&Aマネージャーの退職に伴い、
主に経理・財務エリア(+できれば総務・法務領域)をリードできる新しい仲間を募集します。
We, Astemo Cypremos, Ltd., were founded in November 2024 as a new company engaged in software and cloud services, aiming to support global automakers' transition to SDVs (Software Defined Vehicles) and realize new mobility services. We are a rapidly growing startup focused on providing cloud-based digital development environments (e.g., digital twins).

Currently, the Business Management Department (responsible for all back-office functions) consists of two teams: the HR Team (handling personnel and labor affairs) and the General Affairs Team (handling finance/accounting, legal affairs, and general administration). The General Affairs Team operates with a total of five members: one Director with a broad background spanning business planning to back-office operations, one experienced Senior Staff member, the current F&A Manager, and two temporary staff members. Due to the departure of our current F&A Manager,
we are now seeking a new team member to lead primarily the accounting and finance areas
(plus ideally some general affairs and legal responsibilities).

• 事業会社での管理部門経験(5年以上)
• 財務・経理の実務経験
• Microsoft 365 の基本操作(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams など)
• 業務を文書化・仕組み化する意識のある方
• ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語

歓迎スキル・経験

• スタートアップ、ベンチャーなどでのバックオフィスの仕組みづくり経験
• コンサル会社、会計事務所などでの実務経験
• 日本の中堅~大企業での財務・経理経験
• 英語での業務経験

Required Skills And Experience

• 5+ years of management department experience at an operating company
• Practical experience in accounting and finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Strong attention to detail and a mindset for documentation and process development
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Experience building back-office systems at startups or ventures
• Practical experience at consulting firms or accounting firms
• Finance/accounting experience at mid- to large-sized Japanese corporations
• Comfort with English-based work communication

業務内容

下記経理・財務領域を中心としたプレイングマネージャーとしての業務をお任せします:

必須:

• 経理(伝票レビュー、BPOとの連携、月次締め確認など)
• 財務(資金繰り、予実管理補助、BPOへの指示、親会社や取締役会、株主総会への報告資料準備)
• 業務プロセス改善(会計システムの導入や運用改善)

スキル・経験・意向次第:

• 契約法務(契約管理、電子契約の運用)
• 総務(備品・オフィス・名刺や社員証などのビジネスツール・ライセンス・情報資産管理)
• 規程管理・社内ドキュメント整備(Box / M365環境での運用)
• その他、バックオフィス運営に関する横断的サポート

As a hands-on F&A manager, you will mainly be responsible for the following areas:

Mandatory Responsibilities

• Accounting (reviewing vouchers, coordinating with BPO, confirming monthly closings, etc.)
• Finance (cash flow management, budget vs. actual support, directing BPO, preparing reports for parent company, board of directors, and shareholder meetings)
• Business Process Improvement (implementing accounting systems and operational enhancements)

Optional (depending On Your Skills, Experience, And Interest)

• Contract Management (contract administration, e-contract operations)
• General Affairs (supplies, office space, business tools like business cards/ID cards, licenses, information asset management)
• Policy Management & Internal Document Organization (Operations in Box/M365 environments)
• Other cross-functional support related to back-office operations

Work locations within Japan can be at any location necessary for each employee.
