F&Bマネージャー

ヒルトン東京ベイ

舞浜の大型テーマリゾート内に位置したヒルトン東京ベイでの料飲部門をリードするお仕事をご担当いただきます。ビュッフェ、中国料理などの5つのレストラン、大小合わせて16の宴会場でのサービス、機材類の管理を含めたスチュワードの複数のチームを管理していただきます。多くのお客様が来るホテルで100名を超えるチームをまとめていくので、大規模ホテルだからこそのやりがいを感じられるお仕事です。また、約半数が20代のメンバーのため、若手の成長を近くで見守れるのもやりがいに繋がります。

料理飲料部は運営部門に属しており、その運営部門を取りまとめる副総支配人運営担当を目指したり、その上の総支配人も目指すことも可能です。


それぞれの新しいタイトルを目指すにあたり、トレーニング制度あります。また、国内・海外のヒルトングループホテルへの異動の機会もあり、特に国内のヒルトングループホテルの開業が続くため、新規開業ホテルへの異動のチャンスも多いです。

・各レストラン、宴会サービスの運営が滞りなく行えるよう管理、必要に応じてサポート

・料理飲料部の従業員が働きやすく、働きがいを感じられるような取り組みの実施

(運営方法に改善や必要なトレーニングの企画・実施)

・マーケット等を研究し、料飲部門の営業目標達成に向けての施策を行う

・総料理長含めた調理部、広報部や営業部など他部署と連携

・料理飲料部の従業員のパフォーマンスの評価、面談の実施
