【仕事内容】
日本製鉄グループの大手SIerで安定性/働き方変革を推し進めています
【業務概要】
通信キャリアが提供しているサービスアプリケーションのアジャイル開発エンジニア業務を行っていただきます。
※内製開発を志向する顧客に対し、内製開発体制の一員として、開発、もしくはスクラムマスタ等を担当しつつ、NSSOLの立場として5名程度のチームの管理、技術的な指導、プロセス改善実行等のリーダ業務を行っていただきます。
- 業務内容
(1)POA(Product Owner Assistant)
- お客様であるPOの右腕、時には代わる立場であるPOAとしてPKIの設計やプロダクトの要件検討など、プロダクトのビジネス価値最大化に取り組む。
(2)スクラムマスター
- チームのメンバーが能力を十分に発揮できるようにサポートし、プロダクトオーナーやステークホルダとのパイプ役として開発が円滑に進むよう開発を推進する。
(3)アーキテクト
- プロダクトの競争力の源泉となるアーキテクチャを担う役割としてお客様のビジネスの継続的成長を実現する、クラウドネイティブなシステムアーキテクチャをデザインする。

今までのご経験に合わせ技術をフォローを行っていきます。アジャイル開発の経験がない方もご安心ください商用のプロダクト開発を行っていただく/スクラム開発を行っていただくなど様々なトレーニングをご用意しております。
