What You'll Do

人事部門(HR Team)に所属し、 コンサルタントのプロジェクトアサインメントを担当していただきます。経営層や各メンバーと連携しながら、コンサルタントのプロジェクトアサインを戦略的に調整し、組織のパフォーマンス向上に貢献します。

また海外のHRチームとの連携等、英語を活用する機会もあります。

具体的には以下のような業務を、チームメンバーをマネージしながら推進していくポジションとなります。

【業務内容】

・コンサルタントのプロジェクトアサインを担当し、個々のスキルや希望、プロジェクトの要件を考慮しながら最適な配置を調整

・週次でのアサイン調整およびチーム編成の最適化

・経営者層との密接な連携を通じ、ビジネスニーズと社員のキャリアのバランスを取りながら調整

・関係各部署とも密接に連携し、アサインメントの決定において組織マネジメントの観点から、公正かつ一貫した運用を徹底する

What You'll Bring

【必須条件】

・大学卒業以上

・英語力(TOEICスコア750点以上 もしくはビジネスレベル) 

・実務経験10年以上、うち人事経験または組織開発業務等のご経験があること(目安5年以上)

・チームマネジメント経験

・主体的に業務を推進し、複数のタスクを同時に管理しながら、課題を解決し成果を創出できる能力

・経営層や各部署と円滑な関係を構築する高いコミュニケーション力

・ 迅速に状況を把握し、新しいアプローチを試す意欲を持ち、創造的な解決策を提案できること。また、決断力があり、現実的かつ合理的な思考ができること

・ 細部に注意を払いながらも、大局的な視点を持ち、意思決定がさまざまな関係者に与える影響を考慮できること
