Our client, a well-established company in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Stand-alone HR Manager for their Tokyo office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Japanese labor laws and HR policies
- Manage payroll and benefits administration
- Lead employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Oversee hiring and onboarding processes
- Manage attendance and leave systems
- Coordinate with external recruiters for staffing needs
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Experience in Japanese labor law compliance
- Experience in HR management in hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with payroll and benefits administration
- 5+ years of HR management experience
- Experience with employee engagement initiatives
- Familiarity with attendance and leave management systems
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
