【仕事内容】

【職務内容】

■人事総務マネージャーとして、制度や日々の業務運用マネジメントから、経営戦略に連動した組織開発、次世代リーダーの育成など、組織課題の解決などを担っていただく重要なポジションです。現任のCHROと共に、更なる事業拡大を見据え、プレイングマネージャーとして「単なる管理」ではなく「テクノロジーを駆使した組織の生産性向上」を実現し、経営を支えていただきます。

【具体的に】

■採用業務

・採用戦略の立案/実行: 効果的な採用戦略を策定と実施。AIを活用した業務効率化。

・選考プロセス設計改善: 母集団形成と選考フローの設計改善。

・条件交渉・折衝: 社内や求職者との条件に関する円滑な交渉と調整。

・KPI分析・改善提案: データを基にした分析を行い、採用施策、改善策の提案。

・オペレーション: 面接参加、合意形成、オファー面談。

■労務業務

・給与業務:月次給与管理、労務対応、年末調整管理

・安全衛生委員会運営:衛生委員会の主導、産業医との連携、ストレスチェックの実施。

・勤怠管理業務: 残業時間把握、36協定の遵守(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

【求める人材】

【必須経験・スキル】

■事業会社での 人事経験(8年以上)

■事業会社でのマネジメント経験(5年以上)

■採用/労務/制度/組織開発/総務など 人事総務領域を幅広く担った経験

【歓迎経験・スキル】

■人事評価制度の策定や運用の実務経験

■教育制度の立案、実施に関する経験

■IT業界での実務経験
