シービーアールイー CM ソリューションズ株式会社は世界最大の法人向け不動産サービス会社シービーアールイーの中核ビジネスであるファシリティマネジメント(施設管理)・プロジェクトマネジメントサービスをクライアントに提供しグローバルリーダーの役割を担っています。

オフィス環境の管理をサポート頂けるメンバーを募集致します。

【業務内容】

・オフィス環境のサービス提供に関する調整業務等

(オフィス機器メンテナンス・オフィス家具補修・照明交換、オフィス清掃等の手配、室温調整)

・オフィスの見回り、点検、一時対応・様々な対応についての社内外のコミュニケーション

・地方オフィスの設備管理・家賃、光熱費の支払い

・ベンダー・業者との日程調整、見積もり取得、発注、立ち合い、請求書処理など

・来客対応(セキュリティカードの発行、案内)

・ AV 機器や LAN ケーブル修理等 IT サポートと連携し対応。

・その他、オフィス環境管理にまつわる業務

【必要とされる業務経験・資格】

・総務、ホスピタリティー業界、ヘルプデスク、コーディネーター経験等があると尚良し

・英語:
読み書きと簡単なやりとりができるレベルだと尚良し
