仕事概要 「行動者発の情報が、人の心を揺さぶる時代へ」のミッションを掲げるPR TIMESで、組織の基盤を強化するコーポレート部門のひとつ、経営管理本部内「総務法務チーム」にて法務に主軸を置きつつ、社内ルールを企画する総務に関わるメンバーを募集いたします。 ## 仕事内容 法務 ・契約書作成・チェック及び締結 ・サービス利用規約策定・改定 ・取締役会運営(月1回) ・株主総会運営(年1回) ・株式報酬制度の設計・運用 ・コーポレートアクションに関する適時開示 ・決算発表・IRに関する企画・運営 ・個人情報保護対応、ISMS導入 ・海外展開おける法務体制構築 ・弁護士連携 ・係争対応 ・稟議プロセス管理 総務 ・オフィス運営・社内ルール企画改善 ・業務DX化 ・持株会・ストックオプション事務局、自社株式売買対応 ・BPC企画・運営 ・社内カフェ企画・運営 ・備品管理・発注 ※ご経験と志向に応じて担当業務を決定する方針であり、全て対応いただく想定ではございません。得意な分野を活かしながら、チームで補完し合い、自身の役割の幅を広げていくことができます。 ## このポジションの特徴 特定の専門性を磨きたい方よりも、総務・法務の分野で多岐にわたる業務を経験し、社内外の関係者と臨機応変に仕事を進めたい方にフィットするポジションです。 東証プライム市場の上場企業として基盤を持続しながらも、中期的には野心的な目標を掲げ、さらなる事業成長を目指す会社です。主力事業のプレスリリース配信サービス「PR TIMES」以外にも、複数のSaaS事業やメディア事業など、管理部門として事業・組織運営をブラッシュアップできる余地はまだ多くございます。総務法務は一般的に「バックオフィス」と言われますが、部署を横断し、当社と社会をつなぎ、企業の成長を促進するために欠かすことのできない部門です。PR TIMESのミッション実現に向けて、総務・法務の役割をアップデートしていきませんか? 例えば、直近では株式報酬の設計 (https://tyn-)に、総務法務チームが携わりました。総務や法務に留まらず役割を広げながら事業貢献することができます。 ## チームについて 総務法務チームは現在5名(内、正社員3名)が所属しています。 法務をメインで担当しているのは2名です。 部門の体制強化にあたり社内外からの積極的な人員増加を予定しています。 ## 選考について 1)応募する 2)書類通過連絡 ※通過の方のみ5営業日以内にメールにてご連絡させていただきます。 3)選考:面談/面接3-4回(原則オンライン) ※履歴書/経歴書の提出や、WEB適性検査(FFS)、リファレンスチェックがございます。 ※リファレンスチェックの実施有無は選択可能です。 4)内定

給与 想定年収:400万~750万 ※当社規定に応じて、決定いたします ※給与改定及び賞与は年2回
