Our client, a leader in the luxury retail industry, is seeking an Inventory Control & Finance Expert to join their team in Japan.
This role offers the opportunity to ensure seamless inventory and finance operations across high-end retail locations, with a focus on data management and stock accuracy.
当社クライアントであるラグジュアリーリテール業界のリーダー企業では、日本での在庫管理・財務エキスパートを募集しています。このポジションでは、ハイエンド小売店舗での在庫と財務の円滑な運用を確保し、データ管理と在庫の正確性に重点を置いて業務を行います。業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:
販売データと請求書をESKERシステムで検証
在庫やシステムの問題を解決し、POS情報を更新
毎月の財務決算を実施し、在庫の動きを確認
実地棚卸の計画とフォローアップを実施
在庫管理手順についてスタッフを指導・教育
財務、物流、営業チームとの連携
内部および外部監査人との連絡業務
- Validate sales data and invoices in ESKER system
- Resolve stock/system issues and update POS details
- Perform monthly financial closure and review stock movements
- Organize and follow up on physical inventories
- Train staff on inventory control procedures
- Coordinate with finance, logistics, and sales teams
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
応募資格 / Qualifications:
5年以上の会計経験(必須)
SAP、JDE、Esker、Concurの使用経験(歓迎)
英語力(歓迎)
ラグジュアリーリテール業界での経験(歓迎、必須ではありません)
在庫管理プロセスの知識(歓迎、必須ではありません)
- 5+ years of accounting experience (mandatory)
- Experience with SAP, JDE, Esker, or Concur (preferred)
- Fluent in English (preferred)
- Experience in luxury retail industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of inventory control processes is preferred but not mandatory
