Job Summary:
The Invoice Processing Executive will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices received through the Concur tool. This role involves validating OCR-captured data, updating invoice details as required, and performing quality checks on invoices processed by team members to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices received via the Concur tool in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review and validate invoice data captured through OCR technology.
- Make necessary corrections or updates to ensure invoice details match the source documents.
- Perform cross-checks and quality reviews of invoices processed by other team members.
- Identify discrepancies, errors, or missing information and take corrective action.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and process guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and support audit requirements when needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily processing targets and SLAs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Concur or similar invoice processing tools.
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and invoice processing workflows.
- Experience in OCR data validation and correction.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform quality checks and peer reviews.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a shared services or finance operations environment.
- Knowledge of SLA-driven invoice processing and compliance requirements.
