Department Overview
Our mission is to support the businesses of the merchants on Rakuten Ichiba by acting as the "unsung heroes" behind the scenes.
We do this through the planning and operation of settlement mechanisms (platforms), managing billing and payments, and designing new services.
Furthermore, by leveraging the expertise cultivated through Rakuten Ichiba, we contribute to the overall growth of the Rakuten Group by extending our knowledge to other internal businesses and group companies, thereby achieving operational efficiency and productivity improvements.

You will be broadly responsible for billing and payment-related operations for merchants on Rakuten Ichiba, as outlined below.
Billing and Payment Operations
Collection and management of billing and payment data
Operation of the electronic document (invoice/payment notice) disclosure system

Gathering requirements for new services and coordination with relevant departments

Mandatory Qualifications
