About The Job


Do you want to be part of a team responsible for processing and paying supplier invoices and reconciling bank transactions for our operations in Japan? In this role, you will handle the scanning and recording of invoice data, manage incoming and outgoing post, distribute internal cash, and ensure that all bank transactions are reconciled accurately and efficiently throughout the month.

While your primary focus will be on the Japanese domestic market, you will also collaborate with relevant global teams, such as those in the UK to ensure alignment with international accounting standards and effective coordination on cross-border payments.


You will be expected to work closely with other departments to make sure all payments are made on time, while also contributing to continuous improvements in finance operations by identifying and promoting more efficient ways of working.

The real challenge of this role is applying consistent accuracy, speed, and professionalism to a high volume of transactions, ensuring supplier invoices are processed and paid correctly, no matter what.
