About the job
Join a global financial institution as a Procurement Finance Manager, where you'll lead the accounts payable function and ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.
This role plays a critical part in improving compliance, optimizing processes, and managing stakeholder communication across a fast-paced international environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee timely and compliant processing of invoices, expense claims, and vendor payments
Maintain strong payment controls to reduce error, fraud, and reporting inaccuracies
Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders on non-routine inquiries and audit support
Monitor performance indicators, analyze trends, and deliver insights for risk and efficiency improvements
Drive automation and system enhancements to improve productivity
Collaborate with internal departments and outsourced partners to resolve issues efficiently
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
5+ years in accounts payable, financial operations, or a similar back-office finance role
Proven track record managing payment processes and controls
Experience supporting audits and reconciling financial records
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership in team coordination and collaboration

Fluent
English:
Intermediate to Business Level
Preferred Skills
Background in cross-functional collaboration with offshore or multi-location teams
Familiarity with payment reconciliation tools and financial automation systems
