【募集ポジション概要】
クライアント企業の主要な窓口として、新規開拓および既存顧客の管理を担当いただきます。
提案書の作成、契約締結、フォローアップなどを通じて採用課題を解決し、企業の成長を支援します。
営業訪問やマーケティング活動を行い、リクルーターチームと連携して採用成功を目指します。

【主な業務内容】
IT紹介、派遣、特定技能などの人材サービス営業計画の立案・実行
新規企業の開拓および訪問・ヒアリングによる採用ニーズの把握
提案書作成、条件交渉、契約締結
既存顧客との関係構築および定期的なフォローアップ
新規顧客獲得のためのマーケティング施策立案・実行
CRMシステムによる顧客・営業情報の管理
リクルート・オペレーションチームとの連携によるスムーズなサービス提供
必要に応じてジュニアメンバーの指導・育成支援

【応募資格】
日本国内での人材紹介・人材派遣・採用関連営業またはビジネス開発の経験(5年以上)
B2B営業経験および目標達成の実績
派遣(派遣事業)、紹介(人材紹介)、特定技能(SSW)モデルに関する知識
企業ネットワークおよび高いコミュニケーションスキル
日本語ネイティブまたは同等レベル、英語ビジネスレベル歓迎
プレゼンテーション、交渉、提案書作成のスキル
東京および近郊への出張が可能な方
日本国籍または永住者
外国人採用(ITまたは特定技能)の対応経験があれば尚可
労働法や人事契約関連の基本知識がある方

JRF Intelligence Co., Ltd. is a Tokyo-based HR and staffing company connecting Japanese businesses with both domestic and global talent. We provide services in foreign IT engineer placement, one-time introductions, dispatch (Haken), and Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) programs. Our goal is to help clients find the right people and build strong, long-term teams.

Role Overview
We are looking for an Account Manager who will be the main contact for client companies.
You will develop new business, manage existing clients, and handle proposals, contracts, and follow-ups.
This role involves field visits, marketing outreach, and teamwork with our recruiters to support client success.

Main Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales plans for HR services (IT introduction, dispatch, SSW).
Identify and approach new clients; visit and meet them to understand hiring needs.
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close service contracts.
Maintain strong client relationships through regular contact and support.
Plan and execute marketing activities to attract new clients.
Keep client information and sales data up to date in CRM systems.
Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Support training and guidance for junior sales members as needed.

Requirements
At least 5 years' experience in HR sales, recruitment, or staffing business development in Japan.
Proven record of managing B2B clients and achieving targets.
Knowledge of Haken (派遣), introduction (人材紹介), and SSW (特定技能) models.
Existing corporate network and strong communication skills.
Native (or near-native) Japanese; business-level English preferred.
Confident in presentation, negotiation, and proposal writing.
Willing to travel within Tokyo and nearby areas for client meetings.
Japanese national or long-term resident.
Experience handling foreign talent placements (IT or SSW).
Familiar with Japanese labor law and HR contract processes.
