Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to identify highimpact, innovative generative AI use cases with strong potential
- Analyze, prioritize, and drive crossfunctional rollout of selected use cases
- Leverage advanced project management tools (e.g., GitHub Enterprise) to build integrated workflows and data hubs across product, engineering, and management teams
- Work with technical teams to define and execute rapid prototyping and PoCs for generative AI applications, and lead successful scaling into practical AI solutions
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to share project updates and ensure seamless integration of requirements into development processes
- Maintain and update documentation of generative AI initiatives for internal and external stakeholders
- Coach and mentor Scrum teams; lead standups, sprint planning, strategy sessions, and reviews to drive continuous improvement and meet quality standards
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of project management experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across both technical and nontechnical teams
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and handson experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub Enterprise
- Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance project management, integration, and crossteam coordination
- Passion for using technology to solve realworld problems and create meaningful social impact
